The next page of the Cost Driver Wizard lets you set the ACAP Cost Driver.

Click on VERY HIGH for the ACAP Cost Driver.

The Cost Driver Wizard has one page for each of the COCOMO Cost Drivers, but let's skip the rest of them for now.  Click DONE to proceed.
